Terms of use:

  1. Each Polar Circle Loyalty Card has an individual number and can only be used once. In order to use the benefits of Loyalty Card, please provide its individual number to your polar travel adviser.

  2. Benefits for loyal travellers are applicable for repeat trips regardless of whether you book directly with Poseidon or through Poseidon’s reliable partners.

  3. Polar Circle Loyalty Card is transferrable and can be passed to friends or family members. In the case of card transfer, the recipient of the Loyalty Card (travelling for the first time) is entitled only to the discount on this Loyalty Card (but does not include the benefits).

  4. Complimentary one-suite upgrade (available starting from your 3rd trip with Poseidon Expeditions) is subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the next category suite is not available, the upgrade to any other higher category suite is not provided. No refunds or alternative benefits are provided in the absence of the one-suite upgrade possibility.

  5. Upgrades are only provided for travellers booked in twin cabins, and are not provided for travellers booking accommodation in a triple cabin. In case of sharing accommodations, upgrades are only available up to the category where sharing is permitted.

  6. Booking of back-to-back cruises is also subject to the benefits of High Latitudes Loyalty Program (i.e. the second cruise in the reservation receives the discount and benefits normally provided on second booking with Poseidon Expeditions).
