PIET VAN DEN BEMD - Photographer

During his childhood Piet developed a strong fascination for nature and wildlife, as his parents took him traveling and exploring new cultures and countries. He received his first camera at the age of 16 and immediately became passionate about photography and this new way to look at nature.

At the age of 17 he visited the Arctic for the first time and immediately fell in love. For him, being exposed to the elements is the best thing. It makes Piet feel alive and he is always searching for new adventures to share.
